Jean Desnos Mahogany Marquetry Cabinet Circa 1940

JEAN DESNOS French designer born in 1910.
After his release from the Ecole Boulle in 1927 he worked in collaboration with Etienne KOHLMANN for the Studium of louvre stores. He later became artistic director of the Lyon establishments RAMBAUDI DANTOINE of 1937-1950

Rare Cabinet marquetry mahogany glasses églomisés golden gilded bronze fittings, opening with 3 doors, sycamore interior consists of shelves , bronze medallion golden.
